We love our baking classes and so many people travel to learn baking skills here at our cooking school in Dublin, Ireland. We spend so much time teaching classical french baking, sourdough, macarons, sugarcraft among so many other wonderful things that we feel it might be time to create a special Irish Baking class very soon. Located in Dublin’s Creative Quarter, right beside Ireland’s famous Grafton Street, we think destination dublin might just be ready to get their hands stuck into making Irish Soday Bread, Wholemeal Brown Bread and Irish Scones. The taste of buttermilk in our traditional baking is so unique. Of course, this traditional grew out of our wonderful creamy milk produced by grass fed cows that you see grazing in every green pasture as you drive around our beautiful country (well most of them are lush green fields actually and as you have probably heard our landscape boasts fifty shades of green). That is why Kerrygold butter, one of our other biggest exports (alongside Guinness) is so fabulously tasty.
