The key to successful stir fries is having some great recipes and a larder full of the right ingredients.

Though simple in practice, getting the right flavour combinations is what we aim to teach on our Stir Fry Workshop.

This week Chefs Ann and Damien were steering the Cooks Academy ship, and with a group of eager cooks ready to go, it was full-steam ahead on our stir fry workshop.

It’s said that a successful stir fry is 90% preparation and 10% cooking, and with that in mind, Chef Damien went through the  store cupboard essentials and preparation techniques to get dazzling results from this superb cooking technique.
